It's a very simple concept of four riders starting simultaneously on a prepared track with hairpins, banked turns, s-turns, jumps, obstacles and  in the end a finish line. During the downhill ride the riders can overtake each other by riding different line or by using banks to generate get more speed. The video below just shows a mellow version of this new sport.
